How to Add or Edit a Student’s Physical Examination Record?

Maintaining accurate health check records is important. Here’s how to add or edit a physical exam date:

  1. From the left-hand menu, go to the “Students” section.

  2. Click on the student’s profile (e.g., Lex Fenwick).

  3. Go to the “Health” tab.

  4. Click the “Physical Examination” sub-tab.

To add or update the physical exam record:

  1. Click the “Add Details” button (or use the pencil icon to edit an existing record).

  2. In the pop-up titled “Edit Physical Examination”, fill in the following:

    • Physical Checkup Date – select from the calendar.

    • Status – choose between:

      • Completed

      • Due

      • Missed

  3. Click “Save” to apply the changes.
