How to Add or View a Student’s Physician Details?

To maintain up-to-date medical contacts for emergencies, follow these steps to view or add a student's physician:

  1. Go to the “Students” section from the left-hand menu.

  2. Click the name of the student.

  3. Select the “Health” tab, then click the “Physician Details” sub-tab.

Here you can view the list of physicians with:

  • Physician Name

  • Email ID

  • Phone Number

  • Address

To add a new physician:

  1. Click the “Add Physician” button at the top right of the section.

  2. Enter the physician’s:

    • Name

    • Email ID

    • Phone Number

    • Address (if available)

  3. Click “Save” or “Add” to confirm.

To edit or delete a physician’s record, click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to their entry and choose the desired action.

✅ The physician details are now stored securely in the student’s profile and can be accessed by authorized staff when needed.
