How to Edit a Student’s Health Details?

To ensure student health records are always accurate, follow these steps to edit allergies, medication, or dietary restrictions:
  1. From the left-hand menu, go to the “Students” section.

  2. Select the student’s name.

  3. Click the “Health” tab.

  4. Make sure the “Health Details” sub-tab is selected.

  5. Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the Health Details section.

A pop-up titled “Edit Health Details” will appear.

  1. Enter or update the following fields:

    • Allergies – e.g., “Peanuts” or “No Allergies”

    • Medication – e.g., “Asthma Inhaler” or “No Medication”

    • Diet Restrictions – e.g., “Vegetarian” or “No Diet Restrictions”

  2. Click “Save” to apply your changes.

✅ The student’s health record will now reflect your updates and be accessible to authorized staff
