How do I update a staff member’s physical examination status?

To edit or update the physical checkup details for a staff member:

  1. Navigate to the Staff tab in the left menu.

  2. Click on the staff member’s name (e.g., Jessica Rhodes).

  3. Go to the Important Dates tab.

  4. Locate the Physical Checkup section.

  5. Click the edit pencil icon in the top-right corner of the section.

In the Edit Physical Examination popup:

  • Select the new date for the checkup using the calendar.

  • Choose the appropriate Status from the dropdown:

    • Due – If it’s required but not yet scheduled.

    • Scheduled – If the checkup has been arranged for a future date.

    • Overdue – If the checkup date has passed without completion.

    • Completed – If the checkup is done.

  1. Click Save to apply the changes.
