How do I view or update important staff dates?
To view or edit a staff member's important dates:

Navigate to the Staff tab from the left-hand menu.

Click on the staff member’s name to open their profile.

Select the Important Dates tab at the top of the profile.
Here you can view key dates such as:
-
Hire Date
-
CDA Examination Date
-
First Aid / CPR Expiration Date
-
Background Record Check Expiration Date
-
Physical Checkup status and due date
To edit any date:
✅ Tip: You can see whether a checkup is marked Completed or Due, helping you stay compliant and up to date.
