How to Edit a Vaccine Dose in a Student’s Immunization Record?
Need to mark a vaccine dose as completed or update the date? Here's how to do it:

Go to the “Students” section from the left-hand menu.

Click the student’s name.

Open the “Health” tab.

Click the “Immunization” sub-tab.

Locate the vaccine and dose you want to update (e.g., DTaP – Dose 1).

Click directly on the status box (e.g., “Completed,” “Due,” or “Overdue”) for that dose.
A pop-up window will appear with options to update:
Choose a Status:

Select or change the Date of administration using the calendar picker.

Click “Save” to apply the changes.
