How to Track and Manage a Student’s Immunization Records?

Keeping immunization data up to date is essential for student health and compliance. Here's how to manage it in WowCare:

  1. From the left-hand menu, click on the “Students” section.

  2. Select the student whose profile you want to view.

  3. Navigate to the “Health” tab.

  4. Click the “Immunization” sub-tab.

Here you can view a table of vaccines and their doses, including:

  • Vaccine Name (e.g., DTaP, Hib, MMR)

  • Dose-wise Status (Completed, Due, Overdue)

  • Date of Administration

Each status is color-coded:

  • ✅ Green – Completed

  • 🟡 Yellow – Due

  • 🔴 Red – Overdue

Optional actions:

  1. Click “Send Reminder” to notify parents or guardians about upcoming or overdue immunizations.

  2. Check “Exempt student from all immunizations” (top-left) if applicable, such as for medical or religious exemptions.

These records ensure your facility is always health-compliant and prepared for audits or inspections.
