How to Manage Student Documents in WowCare?
WowCare makes it easy to store and manage important student documents in one place.
To access documents:

Go to the “Students” section.

Select the student’s profile.

Click the “Documents” tab.
You’ll see a list of uploaded files with the following details:

Document Name
-
Document Type (e.g., Birth Certificate, Registration Form)
-
Expiry Date
-
Document Access Icon (to view/download)
-
Action Menu (three-dot icon for editing or deleting)
To upload a new document:

Click “+ Add Document”.
Enter the document details:
-
Name
-
Type (choose from a dropdown)
-
Expiry Date (optional)
-
Upload the file
-
-
Click “Save” to add it to the student’s record.
Additional features:
-
Use the toggle “Show Expired Documents” to filter and review old files.

Download documents by clicking the document icon in the list.
