Student Overview

The Student Overview functionality in WowCare provides a centralized view of all students enrolled in your childcare center. It allows administrators and staff to quickly access key information about each student, such as their assigned classroom, status, attendance status, tags, schedule, birthday, and recent movement, facilitating efficient student management.

Q: What information is displayed in the Student Overview?

• Total Capacity: The total licensed capacity across all classrooms.
• Enrolled Students: The total number of enrolled students, broken down by active and upcoming.
• Full-Time Equivalent: The percentage of full-time equivalent for the school.
• Student List: A detailed list of each student, including:
  • Student Name: The name of the student with profile picture and attendance status.
  • Classroom: The classroom the student is currently assigned to.
  • Tags: Any assigned tags to the student (e.g., "Full Day," "5 Days").
  • Schedule: The days of the week the student is typically scheduled to attend. 
  • Birthday: The student's date of birth.
  • Movement Date: The date of the student's last recorded movement (e.g., check-in).
  • Action: Options to edit the student's information or deactivate their profile.
