• Total Classrooms: The total number of classrooms in your childcare center.
• Total Capacity: The licensed capacity of your childcare center.
• Full-Time Equivalent (FTE): The percentage of full-time equivalent based on the current fulfilment of students against the available capacity & schedule of your childcare center. 
• Enrolled Students: The total number of enrolled students.
• Classroom List: A detailed list of each classroom, including:
  • Name: The name of the classroom.
  • Capacity: The maximum number of students the classroom can accommodate.
  • FTE: The full-time equivalent for the classroom.
  • Active Students: The number of currently active students in the classroom.
  • Upcoming Students: The number of students who will be joining the class soon.
  • Present Students: The number of students currently present in the classroom.
  • Assigned Staff: The number of staff members assigned to the classroom.
  • Present Staff: The number of staff members currently present in the classroom.
  • Current Ratio Indicator: The current student-to-staff ratio in the classroom.   The thumbs up icon shows the current student-to-staff ratio in compliance with the required student-to-staff ratio  while thumbs down icon shows the current student-to-staff ratio in not compliance with the required student-to-staff ratio 
  • Action: Options to edit classroom details, assign students, manage staff, or deactivate the classroom.
