The "Students" tab within the Classroom Profile provides a comprehensive overview and management tools for the students enrolled in the selected classroom.

  • A profile picture.

  • Enrollment Status (eg. active , upcoming )
  • Attendance status (eg. present , absent )
  • indicators for:
    • Notes: If there are any general notes associated with the student.
    • Medication: If the student requires medication.
    • Allergies: If the student has any known allergies.
    • Dietary Restrictions: If the student has any specific dietary needs.
    • Photo permission: If no permission is granted to take student's photos



Q: How can I find a specific student in the list?
A: To find a specific student:
  1. Navigate to the "Students" tab within the Classroom Profile.
  2. Locate the "Search Students" bar, usually positioned above the student list.
  3. Type the name (or part of the name) of the student you are looking for into the search bar.
  4. The list will automatically filter to show students matching your search criteria.


Q: What are the "Select All" and individual selection checkboxes for?
A: These checkboxes allow you to select one or multiple students for bulk actions such as marking attendance , recording activities, sending messages to their parents etc.

Q: What does a green dot next to a student's profile picture mean?
A: A green dot indicates the student is currently signed in or present.

A: A red dot signifies the student is marked as absent.
