How do I send a message to the parents of one or multiple students?
✅ Method 1: From the Classroom Profile

Go to the Classrooms section from the left sidebar.

Select the classroom (e.g., 1-Blue-D) where the students are assigned.

In the classroom profile, locate the student list and click the checkbox for the student(s) whose parents you want to message
Use the floating action menu to:

Click Send to deliver the message to all selected parents.

✅ Method 2: From the Student Overview

Click on Students in the left sidebar.

Use the search bar to find and select the student(s) you want to include.

Check the box next to each student’s name to open the floating action menu.
Use the Message Parents option:

Click Send to complete the process.
✅ Method 3: From the Communication Module

Navigate to Communications from the left sidebar.
-
Choose the Parent Messaging tab.

Click the New Message button.

In the recipient section, select Students and choose one or more students whose parents you want to communicate

Type your message
-
Hit Send to notify all selected parents.
Note:
1. When a send a message to a student, Both the parents, staff members of the classroom where that particular student is in, admins & directors can see those messages.
2. You can add Emojis, attachments such as documents or photos in the conversations.
