Follow these steps:
Go to the “Students” section and select the student.
Open the “Health” tab, then select the “Immunization” sub-tab.
Click the “Send Reminder” button in the top-right corner.
A pop-up titled “Send Reminder” will appear.
A pre-filled message will be sent that includes the full immunization status of the student.
(Optional) If you also want to notify staff, check the box:
“Send reminders to staff”
Then choose a staff member from the dropdown:
“Select from List of Staff Members”
Click “Send” to email the reminder.
📬 Parents and/or staff will receive a summary of all completed, due, and overdue vaccine doses.
