How do I view my child's invoice details?

Parents can easily check and track all invoices for their child through the Billing section in the WowCare App.

✅ Method 1: From the Billing Section

  1. Open the WowCare App and go to the Billing tab from the bottom menu.

  2. You’ll see a list of Invoices associated with your child’s account.

  3. Tap on any invoice & click 'view invoice' button to view the details including:

    • Invoice number and date

    • Billing period

    • Description of charges (e.g., tuition, meals, activities, etc.)

    • Discounts or subsidies (if applicable)

    • Total amount due and due date

    •          

  4. If the invoice is unpaid, you’ll see a Pay Now button to complete payment securely through the integrated payment gateway 

✅ Method 2: From the Dashboard/Home

  1. On your parent home screen, locate the Billing Summary Widget.

  2. Tap on it to view recent invoices & outstanding balances.

  3. Click View Invoice button for more details.   

✅ Method 3: From Email Notifications

  1. Whenever a new invoice is generated, you’ll receive an email from your school.

  2. Open the email to see the full breakdown of the invoice and log in on WowCare web or mobile application to pay !
