How do I Sign In / Sign Out my Child as a Parent?
Parents can sign their child in or out of school in three easy ways — based on what the school has enabled.
✅ Method 1: GPS-Based Sign In / Out

Ensure your mobile device has Location Permission enabled for the app.
When you arrive within 200 yards of the school premises, the app will automatically detect your proximity and send you a push notification

Open the app — a Sign In / Sign Out option will appear on the dashboard / home screen.

Tap the respective button to sign your child in or out.

You’ll receive a confirmation message once the action is successful.
💡 If you have multiple children enrolled, you can sign them all in or out simultaneously.
✅ Method 2: QR Code Scan (Front Desk)

Go to the School Front Desk area.

Open the app and tap on QR code icon on My child's day widget on your dashboard

Scan the QR Code displayed at the school’s front desk.

The system will automatically recognize your child(ren).

Confirm the Sign In / Out action for one or multiple children.
✅ Method 3: Kiosk Mode (Front Desk)

Locate the Parent Kiosk Device at the school’s front desk.

Enter your child’s 4-digit PIN (provided by the school). (You can find that on your dashboard)

If you have more than one child, you can select multiple children and sign them in or out together.

You’ll see a confirmation message on the kiosk screen once completed.
💡 Tip: You can view all sign-in/sign-out records in the Daily Activity summary & Attendance tabs in the app.
