How do I transfer a student as an admin or staff?

✅ Method 1: From the Classroom Profile

  1. Go to the “Classrooms” section from the left sidebar.

  2. Select the classroom (e.g., 1-Blue-D) where the student is currently assigned.

  3. In the classroom profile, locate the student’s name in the list and click the checkbox for the student(s) you want to transfer.

  4. Use the floating action menu to:

    • Click “Transfer” to begin the process.

    • Choose the new classroom or group from the dropdown.

    • Confirm the transfer to complete the action.

✅ Method 2: From the Student Overview

  1. Click on “Students” in the left sidebar.

  2. Use the search bar to find the student you want to transfer.

  3. Click the checkbox next to the student’s name to open the floating action menu.

  4. Use the “Transfer” button in the menu:

    • Select the new classroom or group.

    • Confirm the transfer to finalize.

✅ Method 3: From the Attendance Module

  1. Navigate to “Attendance” from the left sidebar.

  2. Choose the Daily or Custom tab to view attendance records.

  3. Click the “Create Attendance” button to open the floating action menu.

  4. Click “Transfer” to begin the process.

  5. Select the student(s) you want to transfer and hit Save/Submit.

  6. Choose the new classroom or group and confirm the transfer.
