Staff Overview

Staff Overview

The Staff Overview gives you a clear snapshot of all staff members in your center.

Here's what you can do and view:

  1. Total Staff Count

    • Shows the total number of staff.

    • Highlights how many are Active or Upcoming.

  2. Search & Filter

    • Use the Search bar to quickly find staff by name.

    • Apply filters such as Status (Active/Inactive), Designation to narrow down your view.

  3. Staff Table
    You’ll see the following details for each staff member:

    • Staff Name

    • Assigned Classrooms

    • Designation (e.g., Lead Teacher, Director, Admin etc.)

    • Weekly Schedule (hover over days for detailed hours)

    • Phone Number

    • Actions menu (for editing or viewing more options)

  4. Pagination

    • Navigate through multiple pages using the page numbers at the bottom.

  5. Add Staff Button

    • Quickly add a new team member by clicking the + Add Staff button on the top-right.
