How do I sign in/sign out students as an admin or staff?

As an admin or staff member in WowCare, you can sign in or sign out one more students using three different methods:

✅ Method 1: From the Classroom Profile

  1. Go to the “Classrooms” section from the left sidebar.

  2. Select the classroom (e.g., 1-Blue-D) where the student is assigned.

  3. In the classroom profile, locate the student’s name in the list & click on the checkbox for the student(s) you want to sign in or sign out

  4. Use the floating action menu or buttons to the student to:

    • Click “Sign-In” when the student arrives. (date & time will be auto-populated)

    • Click “Sign-Out” when the student leaves. (date & time will be auto-populated)


✅ Method 2: From the Student Overview

  1. Click on “Students” in the left sidebar.

  2. Use the search bar to find the student you want to manage.

  3. Click on the checkbox in front of student’s name to open floating action menu.

  4. Use the available action buttons in the attendance menu on the floating action menu to:

    • Sign In the student.

    • Sign Out the student.


✅ Method 3: From the Attendance Module

  1. Navigate to “Attendance” from the left sidebar.

  2. Choose the Daily or Custom tab to view attendance records.

  3. click on create attendance button to open floating action menu

  4. Click:

    • “Sign-In” to record arrival. 

    • “Sign-Out” to record departure.

  5. Select the students & hit save/submit button.
