How do I record an activity for one or more students as an admin or staff?

✅ Method 1: From the Classroom Profile

  1. Go to the “Classrooms” section from the left sidebar.

  2. Select the classroom (e.g., 1-Blue-D) where the students are assigned.

  3. In the classroom profile, locate the student list and click the checkbox for the student(s) you want to include in the activity.

  4. Use the floating action menu to:

    • Click “Activities”.

    • Choose the type of activity (e.g., Nap, Meal, bathroom, photo, outdoor, incident etc).

    • Add details.

    • Click Save to record the activity.


✅ Method 2: From the Student Overview

  1. Click on “Students” in the left sidebar.

  2. Use the search bar to find the student(s) you want to include.

  3. Click the checkbox next to each student’s name to open the floating action menu.

  4. Use the “Activities” button:

    • Select the activity type.

    • Add details

    • Add relevant notes or observations.

    • Click Save to complete the entry.


✅ Method 3: From the Activities Module

  1. Navigate to “Activities” from the left sidebar.

  2. Choose the Daily tab to view student activity records.

  3. Click the “Create Activity” button to open the floating action menu.

  4. Click “Activities”.

  5. Select the student(s), choose the activity type, and add any notes.

  6. Hit Save/Submit to record the activity.
