How do I mark a student absent as an admin or staff?
✅ Method 1: From the Classroom Profile
Go to the “Classrooms” section from the left sidebar.
Select the classroom (e.g., 1-Blue-D) where the student is assigned.
In the classroom profile, locate the student’s name in the list and click the checkbox for the student(s) you want to mark absent.
Use the floating action menu to:
✅ Method 2: From the Student Overview
Click on “Students” in the left sidebar.
Use the search bar to find the student you want to mark absent.
Click the checkbox next to the student’s name to open the floating action menu.
Use the “Mark Absent” button in the menu:
✅ Method 3: From the Attendance Module
Navigate to “Attendance” from the left sidebar.
Choose the Daily or Custom tab to view attendance records.
Click the “Create Attendance” button to open the floating action menu.
Click “Mark Absent”.
Select the student(s) you want to mark absent , select the date range you want to mark them absent and hit Save/Submit.
The absence will be recorded for the selected date
