To access and manage parent communication:
- Navigate to the “Communication” section from the main menu.
- Click on “Parent Messaging.”
- You’ll see a list of Student names and message previews in the left-hand panel.
- Click any student name to view the full conversation with their parents in the main message window.
- Use the search bar or "Unread" filter at the top to find specific messages quickly.
- Click on the filter icon (funnel) to filter students by classroom, tags, status etc
- Type your message or reply in the message box at the bottom and click "Send" to communicate.
Note: Parent messaging is a group conversation with all the parents, admin, director & staff associated with the student
Tip: Keep messages friendly and informative to maintain strong parent relationships.
