Parent Messaging

To access and manage parent communication:

  1. Navigate to the “Communication” section from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Parent Messaging.”
  3. You’ll see a list of Student names and message previews in the left-hand panel.
  4. Click any student name to view the full conversation with their parents in the main message window.
  5. Use the search bar or "Unread" filter at the top to find specific messages quickly.
  6. Click on the filter icon (funnel) to filter students by classroom, tags, status etc 
  7. Type your message or reply in the message box at the bottom and click "Send" to communicate.

Note: Parent messaging is a group conversation with all the parents, admin, director & staff associated with the student

Tip: Keep messages friendly and informative to maintain strong parent relationships.
