The Community hub inside ChildcareWow lets you build a powerful community around your business, while still serving customers via other channels.

You can post 4 types of content within the community. These are Ideas, Questions, Problems and Discussions. Each of these serves a particular purpose.

1. Discussions: As our esteemed customers, when your have something to discuss with us, you can post a discussion within the community. It's a great way to share experiences, debate and collaborate.

2. Ideas: Your Ideas often lead to new improvements & directions. Share your ideas within the community. Vote on the ideas so that we can prioritize and implement them as soon as possible.

3. Questions: You can ask specific questions about our products, pricing, new features , knowhows or anything you want related to childcarewow , within the community hub. We can answer these questions right there for you. 

4. Problems: Tell us about the issues you are facing, we will try to answer them as soon as possible!
